Sniper perk?
Does the "control" (less sway) part of the Sniper perk increase with each point put into it or is it just the time?

Sniper Perk Effects by Rank
Rank 1: Scoped rifles have less sway.
Rank 2: Scoped rifles have even less sway, and you have a greater chance to knock down your target.
Rank 3: Scoped rifles have the least sway, and the chance to knock down your target is at its highest.
Control and Sway
Less Sway: The control (less sway) improvement does increase with each point you put into the Sniper perk. As you rank up the card from Rank 1 to Rank 3, the reduction in sway becomes more pronounced. This means that the higher the rank of the Sniper perk card you have equipped, the more stable your aim will be when using scoped rifles.
Time and Effectiveness
Knockdown Chance: Alongside the reduction in sway, the knockdown chance also increases with each rank, making higher ranks more effective not only in terms of control but also in disabling enemies.

The wiki and the card say nothing about "knockdown".

Rank Description Form ID
1 Gain improved control and hold your breath 25% longer while aiming scopes. 0004C92A
2 Gain improved control and hold your breath 50% longer while aiming scopes. 0032CB28
3 Gain improved control and hold your breath 75% longer while aiming scopes. 0032CB29
Nuclear Winter battle-royale Gain improved control and hold your breath 75% longer while aiming scopes. 00479

Also why the bleep did the hard code it to left-alt key only????

Specifically in regards to the scope sway being reduced i found the perk a bit poor for that. One piece of arm armour with the stabilised mod on it basically eliminates 95% of scope sway completely. One piece with stabilised is so good that a second is overkill really.

I know the perk offers more than just scope sway but any rifle or commando build is using so many perception perks that it can be hard to get all the ones you want in with a 15 point limit. If i can do something without using perks i will try to make it easier.

Is there some .ini that it can be changed in without breaking the game? I'd try autohotkey but that seems to *bleep* more often than '76.
