Duty calls: brains aren't spawned
None of the brains are there, cooker not activated. I have tried this quest over several days, server hopped, finished up a different quest and went back to this... still, brains are GONE, not there to pick up, ever. I've read the FO76 wiki, no luck there. I'm literally losing my brains over this one.

Dome isn't spawned either. Just server hopped for the umpteenth time with no change. ::>_<::

Recent patch didn't fix this. Quest activated, pip boy location finder won't even go to robco, like it doesn't exist. I'd really like to finish this for my settler reputation points please! (Yes I know I have other ways of earning reputation with them!)
