Responders Reborn - Pitt

Hello folks

I'm currently doing the Responders Reborn quest as part of a Main quest noob guide I found for doing things in a sensible order.

I'm only level 38 and don't want to go to the Pitt, only to complete responders reborn for the XP but it's now asking me to speak to Lennox.

Will I get sucked into a quest I can't handle if I talk to Lennox? Will I mess something up if I talk to them then try to back out etc.

I only play solo and read the Pitt is supposed to be done with other people and is also very hard for low level people like me.

Any help appreciated.

The game as I know it scales to your level unless you are doing events that state a specific level recommended

These days after permissions to fly are given and you talk to Lennox you gain the ability to click on a map icon which allows you to start an expedition and travel away from Appalachia. You don't have to go if you don't want to although there is another quest related to the Rose Room that requires you to use that mode of transport.

After awhile it will be a great place to go farming if you are playing solo. You will be able to go not only to the Pit but also Atlantic city. You can choose and it takes awhile but you will learn. You don't even have to do the Quests there-just choose go there and not New Exposition. It's like Candy Land for ammo and daily Quests. (with Big Monsters from The Black Lagoon).

I think just talking to Lennox still considered finishing the quest related to Responder Reborn. You don't need to fly right away to do expedition.

As of Expedition, I suggest that you do when at least level 50, along with team. It's possible to do solo, but from my experience, not optimal.

I just assumed since she was asking if I wanted to leave I'd be scooped off somewhere I wasn't prepped and ready for.
