There is single player component to it that should be respected. Do you not understand that simple concept? No?
Use some radaway to have a chance at removing a random mutation. Doesn't sound like you know anything about mutations but in case you use them remove starched genes perk before you use radaway to remove a mutation. You may want to use starched genes in the future as it will prevent you getting unwanted mutations when taking rads. No rant required as this is also a game mechanic which you may want to learn about.
Even if it was full single player if you took rads you can get a random mutation as it is a game mechanic. It has nothing to do with the multiplayer or team aspect.
There was a solution and an explanation of how it happened in there if you had bothered to read

Thank you. That is what I needed. It wan't obvious what the problem was, as every query I found was that it was a desired perk enabled through teams and not a radiation related problem.
