Do the watoga vendors carry enclave plasma rifle mods when they reset or is there only a chance they may have them?

Enclave Flamer Mod Farming Guide for Fallout 1st Members & Friends

Requirements:

3 or more characters created on the same account (you can have up to 5)

Fallout 1st Subscription

An hour or so to play/kill

Details:

Log into Private server on Char #1

Visit both Watoga Vendors looking for mods with "Enclave" in the name

Open the main menu and select Quit

Change characters

Select Play and then your Private Server

Visit both Watoga Vendors looking for mods with "Enclave" in the name

Open the main menu and select Quit

Go back to Step 4

Notes:

You MUST use at least 3 characters, any less and it doesn't work.

You don't log into a public server in between characters.

Only log into a public server to reset/rebuild your private server in the situation where either you have found the flamer mod or you haven't found any Enclave mods in 30 to 40 minutes.

Basically, you only do this to rebuild the server and reset the pools.

I have found enclave mods at both traders at pleasant valley sky lodge also on the shelf in the lodge and on the back trail several times
l Berkeley spring train station vendor higher drop rate for me here
sunny top train vendor more rare there
on the shelf at ft defiance 3 floor where out look for the asylum outfits

Oh wow i had no idea about those areas and i searched for hours about info on where to find them. 99% of posts just said watoga and one did mention allegedly there was 2 more places but said nothing else. Thanks for the info

Not entirely correct.

Vendors have two pools of items they sell from.

Pool 1). A set of random and not random items.
Pool 2). Items that other players have sold them.

When a character interacts with the vendor for the first time, it pulls fro pool 1 to stock the shelves. They then add to that, items that other players have sold to the vendor.

Long story short. I have had 3 characters interact with the Watoga vendors. Character 1 did not see a EPG mod. Character 2, saw and did not buy an EPG mod. Character 3, did not see an EPG mod. Character 2 logs back in and buys the mod.

really very small, checked them hundreds time, sure they had enclave mods but only the uninteresting ones not the flamer barrel, i really want to try it but first i need the mod, but im patient, one day they got it.

Its what it seems like, and all i keep finding during dropped connection regarding aligned are aligned auto pistols i have yet to see an aligned auto rifle

most i have seen are scopes and one beta wave type capacitor from vendors so far. Keep in mind A LOT of people hop check for mods.

Do dropped connection event whenever you see it. Can get randomly modded plasma guns, I have gotten a few sniper+scope stabilized guns.

a) you can get the mods from ALL high lvl vendors randomly (savage divide and higher areas)
b) it's easier to try to get a modded rifle from 1 of the "enclave" labeled events (I got about 15 flamer and tons of other variants so far) and then roll them legendary
c) some players sell and or trade the mods

A small chance they have it, you should check 2 time a day for those 2 Watoga vendors if they have Enclave mods.

I have quite a few Enclave mods even the most rarest like the flamer barrel. I can hook you up with some good Enclave mods for a good price ofc.

Just check them 2 times a day and do minimal 5 server hops.
