I thought you could get some from MODUS i forget which ones though

Yeah i did for 1 hour seperate from these 3 at watoga, I server hopped just for modus to see and found only basic plasma rifle mods and from occasion only a bare enclave plasma pistol

What type Enclave mods are you looking for now, i have all of them, but I would like to hear your word first, because if memory serves me, you were in favor of heavy weapons

Aligned flamer and i am a heavy(i love rhe helga) :P i just wanted one to have if for my personal Enclave flamer on display. i have 3 recoil compensated enclave plasma rifles at the moment.

1)stabilized barrel flamer, prime,reflex stabilized stock(this one is the one i want to put the mod on)

2) true flamer, severe beta(i think), reflex,stabilized stock will trade this as soon as i spin for it(i know its already worth a lot as is)

3)true sniper?, will put prime reciever later, long range recon scope, stabilized stock will also trade it after spinning for it :P

I assume without Fallout 1st (and Private Worlds) there isn't really any point trying to farm EPG mods? I've only ever found the one loose mod in all my visits on public servers, and only a single player vendor selling them.

Bit of a bummer as I have a randomly-dropped Legendary EPG that's probably really good as a flamer rifle, but it's an unmodded pistol...
