An unlikely Invitation- another bug?

Seems that I am the only one were Alyssa is there but won't give me the next quest inline- i.e. finding '63' (which I have found but is empty). An unlikely invitation appeared somewhere L20 to L25 but is ending at Alyssa for ALL chars of this account. Anybody got an idea. My char is now L65 with 'seemingly' enough reputation, quest etc. Even the 'online intelligence' of the real world doesn't know anything? Thx!
