Once crafted at the bench if you drop it auto destructs (there must be very tiny explosives in the stitching)

The Forest Camo Jumpsuit is a rare in-game outfit and is normally a trade only item. You won't find it for Caps.

It's a possible reward for doing the Collision Course Event. After 200+ times doing that event I never got one. The one I have I traded for long ago.

It can drop from several forest events and quests but it's silly rare. Got mine from Strange Brew, only one I've got so far in around 11k hours.
