- I know you can trade tokens, so i'd assume people can sell them as well.
I checked online and it says there's 4 possible quests:
- The Chow Line
- Dross Toss
- Lucky Mucker
- Mistaken Identity
I think you get a token per quest.
There is only 1 daily quest per day in the Ash Heap region and it always rotates between those 3.
(Up to 3 quests will line up if you skip of miss one day.)
'Mistaken Identity' is the one-time introductory quest that gives out a total of 9 tokens.
To get the the Mr. Fuzzy suit and mask you need a total of 450 tokens.
That'll take you at least (450-9)/3 = 147 days to complete.
To add insult to the injury, the Dross Toss one seems to be bugged for me, as I haven't got any tokens from that one in many weeks, maybe even just once from the introduction.
I've been playing for five months now and haven't seen a single player selling these tokens.
Which makes sense, because I doubt that anyone would voluntarily grind these tokens for months just to sell them and not get the Mr. Fuzzy suit themselves.
I read that several years ago those tokens were being duped a lot and people sold them by the thousands.
No idea if that has been patched or there is simply no demand anymore.
Oh wow.. looks like Its going to be a long term quest then ahaha.... Thanks for the info I appreciate it.
$100 caps per token!
???
I have to go to work now. poopskie
A friend of mine had that happen "atleast he thougt so" turns out, you have to throw all 5 stones to complete the quest. EVEN if you hit the first tree targets!!
I wonder if you have to do so without touching the tires.
Most of the time the stones bounce around before going through.
Often then end up sitting right in the middle of the tire.
Also, do you have to throw from outside of the counter?
Because I always sit right in front of the tires...
Just tried it, it doesn't matter where you hit the ring.
Keep in mind it's the *dirty* suit and hat you are buying, NOT a clean one.
Whats a decent price for them? 5, 10, 15 caps each?
