You arent naive and I didnt know this at first. Short answer is no you dont become wanted for this. And you are correct, the word is Wanted.
Nah. When I nuke it, people who arent AFK leave. Now to answer your question about the wanted thing, launching a nuke creates that one event and warns you with the event and a voiced warning. Map gets a red circle of where the nuke will hit and its radius. Now if you choose to stay there or want the achievement (I did once) and teleport there. The game sees it as a 'casualty of war' thing. No wanted level. Could be cause when someone nukes a place for an event and people rush there for that achievement or arent paying attention its not your fault.
It is my favorite event. I like the challenge, especially when soloing.
I like the diversity of characters. I can usually satisfy at least one daily/weekly challenge in one run.
Fun fact: AFK isn't really an issue on Xbox. I've seen a lot of gripes about AFK on here but I play on Xbox and almost never see anyone AFK in any event. Fasnacht is the worst I see for AFK and even then it's like twenty people participating in some way and maybe one or two AFK, often zero.
