There isn't a plan for automatic laser rifle. You need laser gun (or ultracite laser gun) plan and learn the automatic barrel mods and rifle stock mod. Easiest way of learning the mod plans is to get the gun plan, then craft bunch of them and scrap them. You can find some mod plans and ready box mods from vendor bots, check Watoga and Whitespring vendors.

Look at the note above yours. Once you have a plan, usually the best way to farm is to craft and scrap.

There are a few exceptions (and laser rifles are fairly common on Super Mutants - see West Tek), but you can probably craft/scrap all you need quicker.

Temporarily equip Super Duper (Luck Perk) and every 3 or 4 of something that you craft will end up being doubled.

Craft/Scrap/craft/scrap/craft/scrap.
You’ll have most if not all of the mods in a few minutes.

Make the laser guns yourself bro...then scrap them to get the things you need.
