Does anyone use Luck of the Draw?
I just tried it for todays session with my full HP heavy gunner build and it procced 2 times the entire day on my Gatling Plasma. Does this perk kinda suck or was I just unlucky with procs?

This perk it itself is extremely mediocre. But when it comes to high magazine types of weapons (like plasma gatling) it gets way worse. This perk needs a buff from 18% to 35% chance of proc. Then it will be somewhat useful..

It has 3 different proc rates for semi-auto, auto and miniguns in descending order.

With miniguns/gatling guns being in the lowest proc catagory it isn't too useful. I also think it has a proc rate based on the % of durability left (this isn't confirmed by code but gut feel).

You'll see it proc often when over repaired... where it's useless, but hardly ever once below 50% where you want it to proc.

Long ago this and lucky break were useful. Then repair kits were released for atoms... You can 100% see the malicious intent in trying to grow sales of those kits (and now scout banners) by nerfing the free option, still a major sore point with me.

Yep it figures. Its a shame because on paper its a good idea of a perk.

It's fine, but there are better cards to use in luck. It's really not that hard to repair your ♥♥♥♥.

I like Lucky Break. Early on, when I was struggling keeping up with Ballistic Fiber, I put it on and it was a life-saver.

I kept it on, and I’ve never had to manually repair my SS armor (don’t think it uses BF, but could be wrong). Either way, my armor pieces all seem to float between 40 and 90%, and every once in a while I see the Lucky Break animation. That’s the extent of my armor maintenance.

I tried Lucky Draw but never had any luck with it.
