Game freezes when trying to level up character

When I try to level up my character, right after I pick my perk card the game will lock screen on me, I know it's not my machine because I did the same thing on a friends machine. anyone else having this problem, or have a fix for it?

Yeah this has been an issue thats been around for a while. It happens to me as well but there is never really a reason why it just happens. It also happens to me when I open my map and as you said trying to view perk cards. There hasn't really been a fix to this it seems.

I have the same issue. Disabling the mod (Perk Loadout Manager) helps solve this problem.
