Does Bethesda sell electronic cats?

I found a cat named Sonny in the Foundation Supply Warehouse. He can jump onto the table and walk around the room. Did the Atomic Shop sell cats before?

Only a black mechanical Halloween cat. That when activated, it's eyes light up orange, it sit's up, hisses, then scratches at you. After that it lays back down and goes to sleep. Looks robotic and is usually available around Halloween.

Fallout 76 is really not pet friendly.

There is no dog meat, and no "live" cats for sale. . .

You can tame some cats, use Google for which ones. But, they usually get killed unless your Camp is in a peacefulish part of the Forest Region.
