Karma Syringe Barrel Mod

I think I scrapped this or something. I dont have it in my inventory. Is there anything I can do?

Sorry I am still new to the game. How do I do that. I dont see a mod for it. I can see the mod but its grayed out. Sorry for the noob questions

Not in game atm, will check later to see if I can just make the thing or what perks it might need.

If you have completed Flavors of Mayhem, its a Barrel Mod option in the Weapons Bench. My brief research says it is not exclusive to Roses Syringer.

I cant finish Flavors of Mayhem, my next step is to add the barrel.

If it's greyed out you're probably missing an ingredient.
