Can't buy Fallout 1st because of the special?

There's a 50 percent off sale going for one month of Fallout 1st for new players who havent' done it before. I have had Fallout 1st before and want to resub but the only option I have is the 50% off sale for one month, or 99 dollars for a year. I just want to sub for one month and it won't let me.

Genuinely forgot about a subscriptions section on my steam since I hardly ever play sub based games outside of FF14 which handles its own sub site-side lol. Much appreciated!
