Is it still possible to get all Mutations at once?

I have every single mutation at once. But this is from years ago when it was possible. Is it still a thing and is it still meta?

I dont think it was ever a meta as so.e of them are garbage u dont need all mutations

Think so except for Carnivore and Herbavore being mutually exclusive.
