Why graphics are so bad?

i opened f4 and this ,there is big different it is really so bad , set max ultra grap 2k dont change anything , missing something?

there are ini files tweaks in previus posts and on google or... mods. but those are only 99% safe.
it's safe to say bugthezda is more concerned with political corectnes and color trend than cheating or moding so there is 1% of banishment chance.

mods for sure , there are tons of them , but might conflict with one each so better look for some package or don't use tons of them at once.
there are few experts on that topic so you can alvays wait for recomendations , if they show up.

You have to mod the graphics massively with a custom.ini to make this archaic game look good. Its built in the creation engine which is absolute hot garbage.

For a six year old game the graphics on ultra/high is pretty good for me.

Yea its fine they just hate the game graphic doesnt matter if u like the game but new generations want the game to look realistic to play it.
