Cannibal perk super strong?

Endless supply of food in humanoids and there seems to be no downside to it, don't even seem to get rads even when eating a ghoul. Being a cannibal is easy living.

Nothing wrong with using it. I think it got buffed recently to work with carnivore mutation now.

Only thing is that the buffs from cooked food are too good to pass up for most players so they use that and therefore cannibal becomes far worse to use in comparison. I have used it early on for some of my characters though.

Never seen a practical use for it in game.. Food and food buffs are abundant.
