Best place to farm items overall?

Looking to Get legendaries, best armor weapons etc... or just do event and quests? I am currently lvl 20+

It's RNG mostly, but on average I think Eviction Notice drops the most legendaries (for me)

I wouldn't bother trying to farm legendary items until you are level 45 plus, as legendary items have levels and they don't scale. So, anything you farm now, you will out level very quickly and just end up turning it into the scrip machine.
If you still want to grind some legendary items, I would suggest events and expeditions. Eviction Notice, hordes, Radiation Rumble, and Most Wanted just to give you a starting point.

Eviction Notice public event will drop 20+ legendary items (assuming you do it correctly)

I disagree with the advice to ignore legendaries for now. I do agree they won't be useful to you for long to wear or shoot. But they are still worth scrip, and that's worth collecting from the start.

not to ignore them just use what u find and dont bother for new one till u finish main story after that its all easier just some grind :D
