cant find power armor???

im lvl 26 and i have a full t60 (cant use it yet) and partial t51 and 45 and after collecting those i cant find any PA frames anywhere like no where ive tried sever hopping and nothing im wondering if theres like a limit that i reached or smthin i havent found anything about this online is someone just beating me to the punch? because i really want more PA. please lmk if theres anything i cant do or if you have the same problem i do and if you found a solution?

look up the places it spawns and cycle through a few of them, you have to get lucky with the instance spawn

There are some really good videos where PA chassis and PA items are. Just YouTube it and you will find it in no time (server hop still requires).

Just a suggestion.. if you come upon a set of PA, and it has pieces on it not = to or > then your level. Just remove the pieces from the PA, except for the fusion core and enter the frame. Then it becomes yours. You can either use it for the time being or exit it and the frame should return and show up in the armor menu of your pip boy as Power Armor.

Frames count as world junk. The game keeps track of the last ~250 items you looted in the world and won't respawn that location till you loot more and push it off the list, or approximately 20 hours has passed (I'm not 100% sure the time thing is accurate).

If you took a frame or even just a part off a frame it'll be added to that list. A common method to reset the list is to loot a house in Summerville that contains a lot of burnt books.

World loot spawns can also be affected by other players in the area. You'll probably notice PA parts of levels other than your own, these were probably spawned by another play based on their loot list.
