Ward interaction buggy

Can not properly talk or return quest to Ward in Foundation. Anybody having the same?

There's a trick to this - always wait till he opens his big stupid mouth before trying to start his quest.

When you find him pre-borked then go open a container, talk to another NPC, or throw a grenade at his idiot head then he should be functioning again.

Back in the day he was worse... He used to go to sleep or run off down the road...

Just be thankful he is 'fixed'.

I make a point of stealing all his stuff - no teddy bear to comfort him, no cup of coffee to make his day better, and no pencil to write down his fool thoughts.

I always let the raiders buy the thing off me instead of returning it, just because of him.
