I guess it’s random what you get and I guess best time to use when hit like a milestone level like. 20 30 etc . I mean if I’m level 37, should I wait to 40 to use.? Thanks

100 Stack of Legendary Modules. And nothing Else. If you are using the PA that requires the Vault Steel i think is the only other thing.

We say that u should scrap legendary items u dont need probably u get some from events and save some scripts for late u will need for building your lvl 45-50 gear modules are used for making the item legendary.

Wait until you are level 50 then only buy modules to roll your own legendaries

Everyone has their own method, but I only buy Legendary Modules, and only when at scrip cap, because Legendary Modules weigh a bunch.

Use Legendary Modules & Legendary Cores (earned from events) and roll your own legendary gear at crafting stations.

When you roll a 'bad' Legendary roll, provided you can craft the base weapon, stick the 'bad' roll into the Legendary Exchange and get some scrip back out of it for a future roll.

Some very few items can't be scrapped or traded or dropped, and those you keep and re-roll. Enclave Plasma Rifles are one you generally keep and re-roll.
