Delay from NPCs...

Why is it when you are talking to NPCs (specifically getting quests) but also between dialogue trees there is a delay like they're waiting for the code to execute? Its noticeable and a bit off putting. Anyone else notice this? Was it like this at launch too?

wait till you see console games dialoge where you have to click every time to move dialog , lag isn't that bad at this point

Is there a way to choose which region you connect to?
Because I think its connecting outside of Oceanic region.

I jump back and forth thru friends, some in Asia and some in Europe. Some places you can't leave and can't go to-It's a World thing . Gotta keep the rif raf out or rif raf in, not sure anymore.

Join another player from another region. Amazon servers seems to be worse in some regions. Seen some youtubers with alot of lag and problems, and some with non at all.

Because you are playing MMO, you need send packages constantly. If there to happen a delay, you get lags. It's normal

You're referring to packets?
Yes I know. I've played MMOs before. They never had lag with NPCs. Not unless the servers were playing up.

Any online presence requires packets being sent "constantly", lol tf you even trying to say. Nether the less, this is NOT normal.
