Don't Fall For It - The Lag Is Atrocious

Gave in to the hype after watching some vids and by god was the lag/rubber banding atrocious. If you aren't in the US then seriously don't even bother.

Im in canada and I dont, or very very rarely, have any issue at all as far as rubber banding and such

I'm in the UK, I just loaded up the game to check, and I'm getting between 100-140ms

150ms would be a bit of a problem if the game was pvp focused but, I don't think I notice it for Pve.

im in canada AND im on DSL, generally do okay - are you talking about the scorched and ghouls running around at mock ten? they do that for everyone, one of the reasons vats builds are more common in 76 than in FO4, trying to ADS one of those spastic monkeys once they start running around like that is annoying.

nope, but the game is stiff. cause they did it for consoles then pc port.... so it feels kinda crap. and thats the game... sadly

I'm in Europe and haven't noticed any rubberbanding whatsoever. The game has loads of problems that they haven't bothered to fix since the game launched, but lag isn't a problem for me at all.

Good performance on the other side of the world on 5G. If I stay in the same session for hours things can get stuttery but that's possibly the physical file structure being used.

tbh theres regions but we dont know where each regions hosted. you might be straight outa luck.

I'm not in the US and I also don't have amazing internet. Even so I still get very minimal issues now or in the past with rubber banding or server lag.

Depending on where you are in the world you may not have a game server close to you and combined with your own internet this may mean you have issues. However this is true for all online games.

I came back a year ago and there has been zero lag. Some rare crashes but zero genuine lag.

I'm in the US and I can Truly say-Honestly Say-sometimes I lag and lag and lots of disconnects-BUT my internet company is from the stone age-sometimes have to call tthe local office and tell them to wake up and reset the main frame. If I drop of coffee and donuts once a week it works better.

Interesting, some of my favorite players are Australian groups. There's a good number of them, too.
