Animated Perk Cards?
So i was wondering what it means when a Perk card plays an animation.

Some are just Static and some play an Animation...

What do they mean?

They just look nice. Every perk pack opened has one animated perk card in it. Apart from being animated, they are no different from normal perk cards.

A thing to watch out for, animated cards don't stack beyond rank 1 (or any card for that matter).

Say you wanted a particular animated card at rank 3 but already have a card at rank 3. You won't be able to rank up the animated card.

You first have to scrap the non animated ranked card, then you can rank up the animated one.

It can be an issue if you don't have the level ups to replace a ranked card.

yeah i notices that you cant combine Animated and non animated cards

Thats why i asked in the first place ^^ i was like:

"I cant combine them ... but they are the same?"
