Open Fallout76Prefs in notepad.
Some distance down from the top you will find the line iPresentInterval=1 change it to =0
Save and enjoy uncapped FPS. Just be aware that you MUST cap your FPS to something under 150 through your GPU software. It you have fully uncapped FPS you will get control issues when inside interior locations.
Very true. Also if you ever get odd graphics issues or your settings are not saving you can safely delete both the Fallout76Prefs.ini and the Fallout76.ini files. Game will create new files with default settings on next launch and it can fix problems sometimes.
If you've launched the game and it (just) works, then the file is right where IFH posted it is.
