Glad to be able to help. There are many settings that are just set to defaults and are not in the ini file. If you know the correct command line they can be added to adjust the default value like this sun glare.

Lol that's better. The first ones were ridiculous - but also have you cranked up the exposure or contrast in the settings at all?

Even the fixed one the brights are super clipped and maybe that was also exaggerating the volumetrics / rays at sunrise?
