Are Nuka Quantums a limited amount?

Still new here, just started in and only level 24 as of last night.

But per title, is there only a specific amount of these here like in the other games? I would assume no but...
I was finding them..... and cherry as well actually..... seemingly regularly early on but when I got the quest where I actually needed a quantum and didn't have any, it was days spent looking and not finding a single one anywhere.

It wasn't until I finally made my way over to Whitesprings when I found a vendor that had one and I was able to finish that quest. And I still haven't found another one since.

Nope, plenty and respawns.

I'm not sure, i've found 12 so far normally in nuka cola machines. I'm fairly certain they respawn also.

They pop up randomly in cola machines, or if you have the Quantom robot collector in your cam it will find them. I have the collector and it gets them all the time. It's not locked in my camp and don't care if people take.

You can buy all kinds of Nuka Cola from Nuka World on Tour. Quantum spawns rarely, randomly. Check every closed Nuka Machine. I have quite a horde of them, not sure why anymore.. Never use them, don't need them..

Lol I just found out about the gold bullion thing last night and was wondering what I would be using for. I guess I now have something to specifically work twords whatever it starts coming up.
