How do you optimise fps?

I played this game when it first came to steam w/o any problem.

I was easely able to get 90+ fps

Ryzen 3600
Rtx 3060 Ti
NVME SSD
32 GB ram

It's driving me nuts that I cant get stable 60+ fps.

Step by Step:
1.) go to C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76
2.) open the Fallout76Prefs.ini file
3.) Search the ini-file for the word "interval"
4.) set "iPresentInterval=1" to "iPresentInterval=0" (1 = vsync on ; 0 = vsync off)
5.) have fun!

If you turn off Vsync you will have to limit your frame rate to your monitor's refresh rate. Otherwise you will freeze up indoors when wearing power armor. It's a bug of the graphics engine, it can't handle frame rates that are too high.
