Point Pleasant optimization

Now that there is the mothman event i noticed how bad the game runs in this area, i've tried going from max settings to lowest settings but it always drops under 50 fps sometimes, why is that? is it because of many dense buildings near each other?

maybe its just my pc but it was one event my jetpack would rubberband 100% of the time * when you get launched into the skybox with a slight tap, then poof your back on the ground

I travelled on foot from Watoga to Point Pleasant a few hours ago for the mothball event. Once I crossed the bridge at the Nuka plant movement was walk a few paces - stall for 3 seconds - walk a few paces etc. (i5-13500, 4060ti, 1080p.)

What I would like to see tho' is a two-fingered salute G key thinggy I could give the scorched giant flying mice. Your "blue cyclone" attacks are water off a duck's back even in metal/leather armor, mouse beastie. Stingwings are worse.
