Need help for tadpole quest

I need to revive an ally so if someone could join and try help me i will be so grateful

Edit: PLS IF SOMEONE IS INTERESTED ADD AND MD INSTANT FOR NOT TAKING TOO MUCH WAITING

I've tried that twice. After finally finding someone to be the rescuie the player tried to drown themselves but. When they died I couldn't get the revive activator to even show up so they just despawned. Same thing happened when they tried to revive me.

You just need your feet in the water, they can be on land or wherever. Don't swim.

I've revived lots of people standing in water. What counts as "water"? What about the Stranglervine event?
