Plasma Grenade plan?
I've passed the Possum Chemistry Exam, and I thought I would get the recipe. Nothing came up.
How does one get the Plasma grenade plan?
I have plans for every other grenade...

There's a very, very small chance to get it from events and treasure maps in the Ash Heap, but Mole Miner Pails are the most reliable source. That event starts Thursday.

Aside from that, just keep checking vendors and accept that this one is going to take awhile.

and look inside public containers at V76 or stations. i, and other players, frequently drop some plans there. i discarded many plasma or nuka grenades plans there.

"Test your metal" event may have a tiny chance for dropping ... .

More than likely that was a Pulse Grenade plan you put in there. They're much more common.

Plasma is not the best you can get. Damage wise it's Nuka and Quantum. Cheese factor I'd say Cryo was most useful Event wise.

Seems to me plasma grenades have more damage to robots. I've been using them when completing the challenges like "Kill a Robot with a Sword" etc.

I only got that on a treasure map quest
