legendary perk question

if i upgrade a legendary perk then switch it out will it reset to lvl one or can i just re equip it at the lvl it was at

You can reset them once they're maxed out and removed. As you can see, mistakes were made (DON'T get legendary charisma lol)

yes. You can swap out legendary perks at a cost of 1 perk coin per card. For example, if you were going to swap a card out to put in Ammo Factory, It would cost 1 coin to remove the card you want to replace with it, then 1 perk coin to swap back. Basically, it only costs 1 scrapped card to do this(2 coins per card).

The screen shot is of two unequipped maxed out legendary cards, so yes.

Once you have dropped perk coins on a legendary perk card, those stars remain on the card. There is no way to “reset” a card back to level 0.
