Can't stack foundations at all now?
Tried stairs, tried ramps, tried poles, nothing's working.

Nope. Ran into this issue when I build my base that went down a hill. Took a little creativity with the slanted foundation, but got it to work.

Unfortunately, I have a pretty flat camp spot, so I can't even attempt that.

Just spent over an hour checking out potential spots for a camp idea, find one, and now I can't actually build it lol.

I just spent several hours yesterday stacking foundations so I could build a path up a low cliff. It takes some time working everything out, but it can be done.
