Do Twisted Muscles and Talons stack if I'm using an Unarmed weapon, or is it Twisted Muscles for 1H/2H only and Talons for Unarmed only?

Talons add bleeding damage, twisted muscles add base. Talons only apply to unarmed, while twisted should apply to all melee-types such as for stacking on unarmed.

Which is part of the reason they nerfed unarmed ( again ). Combined with explosive palm legendary perk unarmed did some very nice damage. The first nerf addressed a combination of these factors, bloodied build, buffs and stealth for thousands of damage per hit - at that time I believe it was the hardest hitting possible.

Now what we can do so far as unarmed is tiny in comparison - I don't even use damage buff perks and get by just fine - can't compare to metas but I stay alive. Two hand non-auto should reasonably do a lot more damage, but I feel where unarmed and one handed at are pretty balanced.
