A question about nuclear keycards.
So... i spent a while figuring out how to launch a nuke, finally cleared it and inserted the keycard when another player suddenly appeared and keypad says keycode entered. Other player was already targeting the strike before I could do anything.

Question is this, is that even allowed? It definitely ate a keycard... is this another bethesda moment?

It's a Bethesda moment in a sense that it's bad game design. Your nuke got stolen, shtty move from the thief but they didn't break any rules, game just works that way.

yeah, it's allowed, but it's a ♥♥♥♥ move.
It's totally not forbidding but it is 100% a d**k move. Wish those silo where private / solo instance so no one can interfere.
