"That button is reserved" How to change this keybinding?

Been trying to change the keybind to Quickheals from its default button "H" to the sidebuttons of my mouse for ease and "that button is reserved" prompt.

I dont even see it being used from the keymap. Meanwhile, exiting the settings menu with Esc button that is actually reserved button replaces my quickheal hotkey.

Anyone got an alternative for this?

Just curious what mouse you use? I went into my mouses software settings and recorded a new Keyboard stroke for one of the side mouse buttons so when I click that mouse button it keystrokes H. It's not ideal, but it worked.

Just some generic chinese mouse of unknown brand. Mine didnt come with CD or extra programmable software settings. Plug & play. I was trying to configure the extra 2 buttons from the thumb area but apparently this game wont let me use it

mine by default also said they were reserved. I have a Razer brand mouse, so thankfully in their software you can have a button copy a keystroke and it worked. is there an open source software somewhere that would allow you to change the buttons? or is it recognized in another brands software?
