Catch up bundles

So basically we have catch up bundles of previous seasons rewards for those who missed and want those items for good.

But they only include 1st rewards (which are very few) of each season, what about the "free" rewards of that season? It wasn't supposed to be a separate catch up bundle? one opposite of "Fallout 1st catch up"? those even exist?

Example, look how many cool non fallout 1st rewards here in Season 12, we can't get those never again?

Cause thats the rewards that really matters in most of the seasons.

so you should get all rewards for free that were free back then even tho you didnt earn them?

no, a paid bundle that includes all free rewards of past seasons, thats what I mean
