Regardless, stealth+crit builds are still very viable in public events even when they go wrong, because you still have crits. You just need to use evasion techniques and/or survival perks to survive instead of relying on stealth.
Yeah but at that point its not a stealth build, now your just a crit build with a large chunk of points wasted on AGI and its perks. I guess at a certain point Im just feeling discouraged about the build and wanna vent but also wanna hear other peoples take on it. So far not much different from mine.
This is precisely what I'm trying to avoid. I love the gauss rifle, lever action, hunting rifle, handmade, etc... And seeing EVERY SINGLE PERSON at the event using the same heavy weapon + PA setup and completely outclass me in damn near every way is what drove me to the discussion boards. You dont see pistol builds, VERY RARELY see a commando/rifleman build... Every time I play its just heavy builds everywhere and I refuse to be that guy xD
Way off topic but I love cars and do the same thing in real life with those, everyone here in detroit drives fancy dodges and cadillacs. I love to see the look on peoples faces when they cant keep up with my little ol 2005 grand prix (Heavily modified)
so what I'm getting at here is I like taking something most people dont care for and MAKING them care for it lmao (More or less)
I wish I could say the same. I'm glad theres someone it works for though!
Heavy Build just takes the least effort for a large amount of DPS. You'll see it more with newbies because it's easy.
Stealth Commando is still top dog, just takes more effort to get the correct gear.
But you need fair amount of setup before you get consistent value.
As for the end-game content, it provides much less value. Get plasma flamer if you need dps for multiplayer content.
Camping and crashing events was an old troll for some that used the build, though, so sneaking at events is out.
