When will the game come on sale next?

I first played the game on Xbox back in 2020 and loved it, I played for 200 hours but now I just play PC, I have 20 dollars AUD to buy it so when is it next on sale so I can afford it?

What versions are on sale? Humble says the 7.99 is the full version with Atlantic City, while on Fanatical they say it is the base version. anybody got it from those 2 sales?

Do you have an Xbox? It's on Game Pass. I still own my 2018 disc but Game Pass is pretty convenient.
