noob question about atlantic city expedition quests, how do i start ?

I unlocked expeditions in whitesprings, choice was presented to me to go to either the pitt or atlantic city, i went to atlanttic city. I had one quests there in Casino Quarter that i picked up from posters (the one where you find dead Mafia boss). There are also two other locations in Atlantic City "Flooded City Center" and "Boardwalk". I finished my quest in Casino, but how do i acquire quests for these two areas? (and from where?).
Btw same question regarding Pit. Where are the Pitt's two location's quests at?

There are no Pitt quests; only the two expeditions.

the Atlantic City questline can be found at any train station and or at the refuge.

Just choose atlantic city, when you click on the expeditions icon. There might be criteria but it;s so long since I did it I have forgotten. Basically though you can do the atlantic city expeditions as many times a day as you want.

i found that Rose Room poster, i click on it but nothing happens. New quests dont pop-up/start.
About expeditions... im just generally confused. Do i visit these locations without quests to guide me, just go in, blindly? Or will quests or markers pop-up after i land on these locations? If there are no quests in these locations, what is the goal/objective in them? Do i just visit these locations as a tourist and talk to NPC's that just talk about that location + themselves etc, but dont actually give any quests?

The Rose Room questline starts in Appalachia. After you get to the part where you need to go to Atlantic city, you need to either go to the Whitespring resort or go to the map and press "R". (You should see that airplane icon on your map screens upper right part).

And when you find that/those, there's two options: "New expedition" and "travel to...". New expedition starts and expedition, but that lower one is the one you take if you want to continue the quest. Just select the "Casino quarters" from the three options there is.

If you don't see that airplane icon on your map screen, then your either too low level for it, or haven't done the quest to use the vertibird. (If I remember correctly). In that case, either follow the instruction of the quest or look it out from the internet. There's a wiki for all thing fallout, (Fallout.fandom.com/wiki), where you should find the information you need.

as i said in my original post, i already did quests in whitesprings and unlocked vertibird, then i took a poster from a wall about mafia boss in casino quarters. i did that as well and returned to appalachia. And then my confusion started, and i made post in here. Because there are no more quests to guide me into Atlantic City's three locations. I can travel to them, but without quests?
And i find Rose Poster in whitesprings, and i click on it. and nothing happens.

There are three interactions you can have with Atlantic City.

1. As part of several quests. Rose Room being one of them,
2. Free roam. Once the quests are done you can just wander about looking at things.
3. Expeditions. Each section of AC has an expedition that can be run. Those do give you pointers on where to go and what to do.
