Do I need a mask for it to be considered a "Costume"?

I rerolled a daily and got "Complete a Daily Operation while Wearing a Costume" I have an outfit called "Halloween Costume Skeleton" But I don't have a mask, will this count?

Not sure, but you can get the mask at the Pumpkin House or Freddy Fear's House of Scares, or alternatively from my camp vendor :p

yes i think u just need outfit which doesnt need to be a special costume and without power armor

I´m sure you don´t need any headgear or mask to complete, just no PA, but I wear my dress and thatś already costume too

Its just certain clothes that count as costumes, alot of things count as such that don't have 'costume' in the name. Maybe the wiki has a full list idk. I do know headwear and accessories aren't necessary, and also power armor is right out.

Rule of thumb - if the clothes (body only) that you wear overwrite/hide the armor you're wearing then it's a costume.

Nope, not all outfits count for costume challenges. Just from my toons I know that for example Hunter's long coat, Greaser outfit, Tuxedo, Shirt & green pants and IIRC clean black suit don't count. Can't remember if my rifleman's Blood Eagle Charmer outfit counts or not. There's even two different bowler hats, "bowler" and "bowler hat", one counts as costume, other doesn't.
