Vault Tec University power up

How to power up Vault Tec University? I went to generators room and found terminal there but can not do anuthing there unfortunately.

The purpouse of this is to analyze DNA for Hearth of the Enemy daily. I got info that there is no power in centrifuge.

it's involved in the heart of the enemy quest, you need to access the automated research terminal in the main level first before you interact with the terminal in the generator room.

hmm... so maybe my quest is bugged or something, because I already checked Scribe Grant's terminal but do not have option to put in password in automated research terminal... is any way to reset the whole quest?

Apologies for the gentle Troll, OP, I hope it amused you. Glad you got a response.

You could try going back to the last thing required of the quest and do it again. Even if it isn't marked sometimes that will jumpstart the quest line again.

Read the wiki page, you needed to have grabbed a password from fort defiance beforehand. There is no way to reset quests. It's not bugged you're just missing a step.
