Being able to rename your PA frames is a godsend.

It's also great when I name some of my power armors "[PA Storage A]" ... "[PA Storage F]" to store armor parts I get from events to turn in when I don't have time to grind during specific days, so I can max out scrip redemption by hopping on real quick, redeeming, and selling random stuff to also max out vendor caps. Fun times.

Easy way to sort the ones you wanna keep is name em and paint em, then access your stash via your vendor. It'll only display tradeable items, discluding non-drop-skinned item.

Start your keeper set with a Z so it goes to the bottom. Name whatever set you're currently working with starting with A-. Shortcuts things when you have a bunch of armors, anyway.

Last I checked there is a cap on number of named items, though.

Wait..., what? I'm 207, I think, and still don't know you can rename power armor. I kinda knew about weapons because my son wanted me to rename some but I only renamed one and never thought about it again or cared. I had a weapon that did bonus damage to robots so I named it "Old Glory Insurance," as a joke reference to an old Saturday Night Live fake commercial for insurance against robot attacks.

I need to rename my power armors ASAP.

You can do it with a whole host of things Ive noticed after a long break. Just inspect the item like gun, PA frame or armour and notice at the bottom will be a rename tag with button press.
