If it's garbage, just feed it to the lego machine.
Only things to keep in the stash should be items you will be using or will be selling.
This weekend is scrap surplus so you should be able to move quite a lot.
Can't even put bobble heads on your display in your camp if the stash box is already full. But inventory management is torture by design in Fallout 76. You can only reduce, not even remove it, buy paying 15 bucks a month.
You don't need 'em if you're not either actively using them or testing a new/tweaked build. Cash 'em in.
Also, you're probably hoarding too much crap. The game economy encourages SPENDING resources, not hoarding. Save a small margin of scrap for repairs or known building sprees you're on, but you rarely ever need more than 80-100 of loose units or 3-5 of bulk units. Just drop the rest. As for ammo, if it's not what you actively use don't keep it - either drop it or decide if the tedium of the Ammo Converter is worth it (I like it, personally, but many don't). People who say inventory management is torture either don't have the discipline or intelligence to do it. It's easy.
He's a FO1st member, so scrap and ammo isn't a problem. The dude is hoarding 1400 pounds of garbage weapons. He needs help. Send in the Hoarders Cleanup Crew!
It will probably take him 2-3 days to script all his garbage weapons though lol. He may need to, "Let Go" and just drop them on the ground by the Nuka World Script Machine and feel good about doing a good deed.
that's 400caps for a 3 start weapon, 240 caps for 3 star armor, and 450c for 3 start power armor. i knocked them down to 300, 200, and 350 and they all sold.
or make alts. you get so many more legendaries now compared to 2020 lol.
also, when you scrap for scrip every day, prioritize heavy things like heavy guns and power armor pieces. also, scrap a lot of 1-2 stars first. if you play a lot you can get your scrip this way and sell your 3 stars.
- Use of VATS in any fashion whatsoever.
- Not using the current FOTM OP weapons/builds.
In typical MMORPG fashion, if you're doing either of these you're "bad and should uninstall".Shotguns are good if you plan to play in close encounters and can utilize VATS properly to ensure 100% spread hits. You should also be self aware that you're not really going to be doing much to far ranged bosses/events until they get closer/land on the ground.
Instead, you will be focusing on helping clear the area for the ranged heavy hitters/meta-sheep so they're not get stunned by minions. It is a thankless job (kind of like healer roles in fantasy MMOs), but players with more experience and/or maturity than "BIG GUNS, BIG NUMBERS, I R GOD!!!!" will notice and will appreciate you for it. If toxic meta-sheep give you the thumbs down for it, just ignore them. At the end of the day, their opinions mean ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Play the way you want and have fun.
