What is the resolution of your monitor ? You are probably in Windows Bordered with the incorrect resolution.

Are both windows and game using your monitors native screen size? if not set that first, if that fails try left alt + return key to force game into full screen

In your Fallout76Prefsini.

Path: DOCUMENTS>MY GAMES> FALLOUT76

Check if full screen is enabled through these lines and save as read only afterwards in properties for the ini.:

bFull Screen=1
bBorderless=0

Also check that your resolution is correct
In these lines this is my resolution make sure you input yours:

iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920

Lastly you can put your gpu in this line it will usually be empty, but as an example i put my gpu:

sD3DDevice=NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti

Hope it helps

The game can have issues with multiple monitors. Think i recall others saying that it would use the res of the unused monitor on the active monitor or something like that. This might be why it is not properly full screen.

Also check your scaling settings in your GPU software to make sure that programs are being scaled to always be run in full screen and not by an aspect ratio or anything else.
