***EDIT***
Ok you need to completer the "Coming to Fruition Quest" first then it'll trigger you to go to Fort Defiance. That will then trigger the "Forbidden Knowledge" quest.
Or try going to For Defiance maybe it'll work then. But remember don't turn all your tech data. Put them in your storage and take them to Valdez one by one.
That has never been a thing. It's some misinformation spread amongst the playerbase.
If only nukacrypt still had their esm viewer active I'd provide a link to the reward code so everyone could see and finally get the right information.
I used to find them all the time now it feels like since they are useful have become rare if not legendary in their drop rate...
too bad i didn't hold on too the 200 I had before dropping them thinking they where useless trash (this was before the BOS update and the rewards where rubbish).
Even when doing nuke runs I feel I used to get 30 of them per run back in the day now I am lucky to get 5.
Yes, I would like to see this data mining link because I have absolutely received legendary items from turning in multiple Tech Datas.
