FPS locked at 48. Same fate as FO4 now

Follow this to disable ingame forced vsync:

After doing that you should not have any fps problems =)

Just want to confirm this is the fix. I just started playing last week and was about to uninstall and be done within the first hour due to the terrible performance on my custom tuned gaming rig.

This one setting buried in an .ini file took me from 40fps to 140fps. I have no idea what in god's name the devs are thinking pushing the product with this goofy setting enabled by default in a config file, but i'm guessing it turned away a lot of new players who went on to cite performance issues as the reason the game sucks.
