Basically, yes, but there's still a limited list they can draw from AND you're going to pay full price for it. If you wait until it comes back in the shop, it will be on sale or part of a package.

Yup. Got me the Equalizer Matte PA skin last week this way.
But keep in mind, they are very slow with this if you're unlucky.

I'm not much of a skins guy and I scoured the Fallout wiki to see all the stuff they got.
This skin was pretty much one of the very few things I liked.
I couldn't say no to this Frank Horrigan hommage skin.
Totally worth it for me.
The shiny/polished standard one was recently on the shop for 24h but I didn't like the shine obviously.

thank you for the advice and help ill be keeping an eye for it cause its something i really want as i do actually work with owls and look after them so was abit gutted when i saw it wasnt it in anymore

You can have 2 in your camp-or one owl and one bird. Mostly the Owl always turns his back on me. Don't hear any sounds either-maybe a Mole got his tongue.
